ぼちぼち始めましょう。Soon I will start taking Chinese traditional medicine.

明日でLCAP全10回が終了します。

症状は、だいぶ良くなっています。まだプレドニン（ステロイド）10ミリ服用していますが、1週間に5ミリペースで減量してて悪化していないので良いと思います。

SKY CLINICの天野先生が「何か症状がある状態で漢方を始めないと、効いているのかどうか判断できないから、何も症状がない時はまだ漢方を始めてはダメ。」とおっしゃっていました。

私の場合は、受診した時にまだLCAPの途中だったので、まずはLCAP全10回が終わってから漢方を始めましょうという事でした。

そうじゃないと、LCAPで良くなったのか漢方で良くなったのか分からないので。

なので、明日のLCAPが終わった後の体の様子をみて、漢方を始めます。

気長にいきます。

今更もう焦りません。

それよりも、今週から年末年始にかけて一気に仕事が詰まってきている事に焦っています…（笑）

猫の手も借りたいとは、まさにこの事ですね。

とりあえず納期の近いものからやっていますが、分身したいです。

やりたい事も行きたい所もたくさんあるのにーーー！！

もともと、年末年始は漢方治療に専念するつもりだったんですけどね。

体調良いからちょっと出かけよう♪って出来ないのが不服です。

でも、お仕事を頂けるのはありがたい事です！がむばります！

LCAP is the final round tomorrow.

Because I can not judge whether I got better with LCAP or better in traditional Chinese medicine.

So, after seeing the body after the LCAP of tomorrow is over, I will start traditional Chinese medicine.

I will go on long.

I am not impatient.
