私が現在服用している漢方の成分には、青黛が含まれています。

青黛に関して、2016年12月27日に肺高血圧症の合併がある可能性が報告されたそうです。

私が見た記事（2017年1月13日）には、「厚生労働省は、潰瘍性大腸炎に効能・効果が期待されるなどして販売されている健康食品の『青黛（せいたい）』を摂取した人に肺動脈性肺高血圧症の副作用が出たとして、関連学会に注意を促す通知を出した。現在、潰瘍性大腸炎への有効性を調べる臨床研究が大学病院などで行われているが、効果を期待した患者が自己判断で摂取するケースが相次いでいる。このため、肺動脈性肺高血圧症の疑いがある場合、患者に摂取を中止させるよう求めている。」と書いてありました。

先日、この件に関してSKY CLINICの天野先生からメールが届きました。

「当院での発生頻度は非常に少ないのですが、肺高血圧症も難病なので、漢方継続にあたりましては、今後症状がない場合でも、半年ごとに心電図、胸部レントゲンを行ってください。」との事でした。
