退院します。I will leave the hospital.

ご心配おかけしました。

今朝の血液検査の結果が良かったので、明日退院できる事になりました。

今回の入院では、絶食2週間。

最初にステロイド50ミリ点滴投与したのですが、ステロイド耐性がついてきてしまったらしく効き目がいまいち…。

今までの様に、バシッと症状が改善しませんでした。CRPも下がらず。

（入院前に内服で40ミリ使ってた時点でも効きが悪いと感じていました…。）

すぐにステロイド減量開始して、同時にLCAP（血球成分除去療法）を始めました。

去年初めてLCAPをやって効果があったので、またやってみようという事でやりましたが、やはり効果ありです。

今日で4回目終了ですが、全10回なので残り6回は外来でやります。

あと、ペンタサ服用も再開しました。

リアルダも試しましたが、アサコール同様にphが合わないらしく、私の場合はペンタサの方が効きます。

問題は、寛解導入後の維持です。

去年、漢方を始めてから少しずつ減薬して、入院直前まで漢方だけになっていました。

しかし、結果的に漢方単独での維持は出来ませんでした。

（薬との併用はダメなのかなぁ…）

今は、漢方は中止している状態です。

西洋医学の治療は、あとレミケードと治験しか残っていません。

もしかしたら、イムラン（免疫抑制剤）の量を増やせば維持できるかも？と主治医と話しましたが、やってみないと分かりません。

（イムランは効き目が出るのに時間がかかるし…）

振り返ると、ここ数年は毎年入院しています。

潰瘍性大腸炎になって、8年経ちます。

未だに寛解維持できていない上に、病歴が10年過ぎると癌化のリスクも高まります。

まじで、そろそろなんとかしないと…。

そこで、友達が教えてくれた潰瘍性大腸炎の治療のエキスパートだという医師に診てもらう事にしました。

その先生曰く「きちんと治療すれば再発しない。」との事です。

今までがきちんと治療していなかったわけではないはずなのですが、一度診てもらおうと思います。

受診時には、①今後の治療法②食事の事③漢方について聞きたいです。

食事については、医師によって考え方が様々で、患者としては困ってしまいます…。

前の病院（IBD専門外来があった）では、基本的には食事制限はしなくていいと言われていました。

でも、個人的には和食中心の食事が良いのだろうなと考えています。

今後のお仕事については、しばらくセーブさせて頂きます。

In this hospitalization, I was administered 50 mg steroid drip at first. However, steroid tolerance has come up, the effect is not good.

The symptoms did not improve like before.

Immediately started to lose weight of steroids, at the same time we started LCAP (blood cell constituent removal therapy).

LCAP has effect.

Also, taking pentasa has also resumed.

The problem is maintenance after introduction of remission.

Last year, I started traditional Chinese medicine, but as a result I could not maintain Kampo alone.

Today, the Kampo is in a state of being withdrawn.

Western medicine treatment, Remicade and clinical trial remain.

Perhaps it could be maintained if we increase the amount of Imuran ....

I have been hospitalized every year for several years.

It has been 8 years since I became ulcerative colitis.

I still can not maintain remission. The risk of canceration also increases when the medical history goes past 10 years.

So I decided to see a doctor who is an expert in the treatment of ulcerative colitis taught by my friend.

The doctor said, "If you treat properly it will not reoccur."

It should not have not been treated properly until now. But I think that I will see you once.

I would like to ask about the next three. ① Future treatments ② Meals ③ About traditional Chinese medicine

Regarding meals, the way of thinking varies depending on the doctor, and it is troublesome as a patient.

In the previous hospital, basically it was said that you do not have to restrict your diet.

But I think Japanese food meal is good.

I will save the future work for a while.
